Harpenden Mencap has supported adults with learning disabilities since 1959.
We are a self-funding, independent charity which has grown our provision and services over many years to reflect the needs of our local community and is affiliated with Royal Mencap. Harpenden Mencap is proud of the range of services we offer to those we support including; a range of residential services, a variety of active, lively social clubs.
